Customer Service requests we can’t help with
We get quite a few emails everyday requesting customer service. Some of the questions don’t require replacement parts and we do our best to answer those questions. Unfortunately there are some folks that we just can’t help, Here are some emails that we’ve received that will require a call to Hampton Bay’s Customer Service number. hi there i bought hampton bay outdoor lights at the home depot ,and i need new black cover with the glass. about 10 of them. Were can i buy replacement covers. What is the customer service number?
My fan is about 10 years old but used very little. Remote transmitter does not work now. My fan is about 20 ft up and i would just like to find a replacement transmitter. No toggle settings on the transmitter and i assume none on the receiver. The transmitter is about a 1 inch x 1 inch x4 inch cube/rectangular shape. Fan button control and light control are 3/4 inch square. Push controls make contact with a small button on the circuit board. Dimming control of lights and fan speed is obtained by holding down the buttons until the desired illumination or fan speed is obtained
Last year i bought two boxes of 10 pk. Pagoda 3 tier solar lights model #982 -888 i used 8 lights from one box then. I just opened the other box to put some more lights and i am missing “eight” 8 of the tubes the lights go in. The size is about 15/16 th of inch, inside diam. Can customer service get me replacement tubes??
Hello… Last October i purchased a 2 pack of your solar led rectangle deck lights from home depot in guelph ontario. I has recently returned them back to the same store and the clerk was willing to replace them but had no stock. The customer service rep suggested i go to the store in cambridge ,which i did but was told because they were more than 90 days old they could not replace them. What I’m asking is if you could help me with a replacement?. The lights worked fine for a while and one has completely stopped working and shows signs of moisture inside and the other only partially works on one side and shows moisture as well.. The part number is 19152-011 and the home depot sku number is 1000667340.
I recently bought a house with several matching outdoor lights. One of the globes was broken. Removing the attach plate, the numbers inside the panel were:

It looks very similar to one of the base wall mounted units, base attached, upright Hampton Bay outdoor lights.
The dimensions of the globe are ~ 4.25″ diameter at the bottom opening; 7.25″ diameter at the top opening; and the globe stands 6.5″ tall. I can take a picture and forward it to you if need be. Thanks in advance for your help
The above emails are perfect examples of the types of customer service calls that should be made directly to Hampton bay. Hopefully this will shed some light on some of the questions we can and can’t help with.
